Warranty Notes & Condition
* Replacement Warranty: Product will be replaced in case of manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and approval by the company.
** Standard Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. Service or repair will be provided as per company policy.
* Solar Product Warranty: Includes 1-year warranty on the camera only. Solar panel and battery are not covered under warranty.
# Exclusions: SIM cards and SD card slots are excluded from warranty coverage.
$ PoE track burn or port burn will not be covered under the warranty policy.
WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
We thank you for choosing our products and for placing your trust in us. As part of our commitment to quality and reliable customer service, the warranty terms and conditions are outlined below:
1. Warranty Coverage and Transferability: This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable, unless expressly authorized in writing by Sawariya Informatics Pvt. Ltd.
2. Warranty Validity and Proof of Purchase: This warranty applies only to products manufactured and sold through authorized channels within a maximum period of ninety (90) days from the date of manufacture (Cooling Period). The warranty period begins from the date of the original purchase invoice. A valid and legible invoice is mandatory to claim warranty. Claims without proof of purchase or beyond the Cooling Period may be rejected at the company’s discretion.
3. Product Identification Requirement: Warranty claims will be accepted only if the serial number, label, or seal is intact, legible, and not tampered with.
4. Scope of Warranty: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, accidents, or external factors.
5. Exclusions – Housing and Cable Parts: Warranty does not cover outer housing (body) and cable components. Any repair or replacement of these parts will be chargeable.
6. Service Turnaround Time: Service and repairs will be completed within 7–15 working days, subject to availability of parts and service conditions.
7. Transportation Policy: The customer shall bear the cost of sending the product to the service center. Return shipping after service will be borne by the company.
8. Replacement / Upgrade Policy: If a product is replaced with an upgraded model and the original was purchased at a discounted price, the customer must pay the price difference.
9. Limitation of Liability: The company shall not be liable for data loss, business loss, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential damages.
10. Void Warranty Conditions: The warranty will be void if: The product is tampered with or repaired by unauthorized personnel Serial number or warranty seal is damaged or removed Damage is caused by misuse, negligence, or improper installation Damage results from fire, water, natural disasters, or external factors The product is used beyond intended purpose Electrical damage occurs due to voltage fluctuations or power surges In such cases, service will be treated as out-of-warranty and chargeable.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This warranty is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Nagpur, Maharashtra courts.
12. Consumer Rights: This warranty does not limit the rights of consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
