Pixle Tech™ provides trained network administrators, engineers, operators and system managers to ill in the gap between implementation of IT infrastructure and development of in-house skills. Detailed Network Design and Engineering

Our team is experienced in all aspects of network design and is capable of carrying out both front-end process design/basic and detail network design tasks. We have a good understanding of the process requirements and specifications used by most of the main corporations in the region. Our network design team is tailored to specific project scope requirements.

Project Management

Project Management undergoes through several phases including initiation, planning, execution, control and close out. The services include developing a project execution plan, which includes dining project goals and objectives, specifying tasks, project organizational chart, execution of Field Acceptance Tests (FAT) & Integrated System Testing, integration with 3rd party equipment and timelines for completion. It also includes implementing the project plan, along with careful controls to stay on the “critical path”, that is, to ensure the project is being managed according to plan.

System integration and FAT

We specialize in bringing together components and subsystems from various manufacturers and technology disciplines to deliver an optimized, integrated and cost effective IT and Communication solutions. All integrated systems undergo extensive testing in our System Integration Centers. This testing can be the subject of a witnessed “Factory Acceptance Test” prior to shipping and installation at the client works.

Installation, Integrated System Testing and Training

Pixel Tech is experienced with on-site installations in telecom industry. We are familiar with the specific site safety and requirements of the major corporations over the globe. This facilitates efficient and trouble free site works with assured on time scheduling. Integrated System Testing is done at the customer premises and can be subject to client or Independent Testing Authority witnessing and approval. We have experienced trainers who can conduct all aspects of training from Solution Basics to Operation & Maintenance. Such training is conducted either in house or at the customer’s premises.
